As mentioned in the title, someone altered my email and password, making it impossible to revert any of them. I only accessed my account through a Steam connection. Now, when attempting to update my email, Epic warns me about a 90-day waiting period before I can change it again. I reached out to their support using the provided link, but they insisted my account needed to be completely logged out from all devices. Since the person who hacked me is still logged in, I can't disconnect them. I've attached a partial screenshot of the hacker's email address.

Good luck. We won't be able to assist with this.

Are you considering giving up now because you feel overwhelmed? You had a lot of content to manage.

I suggest you continue reaching out to customer support, detailing your issue at each support tier. Once the 90-day period passes, attempt to update your email address again if possible.

I faced the same situation eight years ago with an origin account. I reached out to their customer support, and they assisted in recovering it. First, change your email password. Once I regained access to my account, it was immediately compromised again because the attacker had access to my email and could intercept the reset notification.
