I sense it too. I’d likely react the same way if my CPU overheated during normal use.
I'm using an DDR5 4800 at 5600 MHz and it's working fine so far with XMP 2. After updating the latest Gigabyte BIOS, things improved. Previously it was quite challenging without any updates. You might want to check for more BIOS updates.
High refresh rate 1080p gaming experience. Mostly focused on playing esports titles, it runs smoothly on my system. The most demanding game I currently play is the latest Mw2, which performs well. I also enjoy Valorant and Overwatch a lot.

Zen3 wasn't that simple, but my 7900x has been smooth so far. -20 all core, +200 boost override and it's lasted at least three weeks without any issues or strange crashes. My 5800x required much more effort. I'm a bit nervous about RAM though—I don’t know where to begin understanding the timing details or how to optimize them.
They perform very well at Zen4 without any issues. My core is at -20, but I need -30—maybe I missed something.
