I recently acquired a new computer. Despite this, I experience occasional performance issues with my games, including freezes when opening maps or inventories and lower-than-expected frame rates in first-person shooter games. I’m seeking insight into the potential causes of these problems.

I performed a 3DMark benchmark and have included my component information and scores below. Visually assessing these results, can you determine if they are typical or suggest steps to investigate potential issues?

My system is running at stock speeds, with only motherboard XMP enabled. My overall score was 9121 on Time Spy.

GPU: RTX 2070 Super Aorus
Test 1: 65.83 fps
Test 2: 60.19 fps
Score (10): 308
CPU: i7-9700k
CPU score: 5520
Test 18.55 fps
Motherboard: Rog Strix Z390 Gaming-F

Provide a complete hardware specification. Detail the manufacturer and model of your power supply unit, along with CPU and GPU temperatures and usage percentages during gameplay. Also, report RAM, SSD, and HDD utilization rates while playing the game.

I have an i7-8900k processor, a Corsair H150i Pro cooler, an RTX 2070 Super Aorus graphics card, Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB memory, a ROG Strix Z390 Gaming-F motherboard, and an RM750x Corsair power supply. I've set Apex Legends to maximum settings, resulting in 64 frames per second while diving and 90-100 fps in large towns. My CPU and GPU both reach 100% under intense situations like combat, while memory usage is around 50%. GPU temperatures are between 55-60°C, and CPU temperatures are consistently 30-32°C. Is there anything else I should check or consider?

CPU temperature at 30-32 degrees Celsius, but using 100% processing power. What is the current frequency?
