I’ve recently completed my new computer build, a 2200g system, and when I ran Roblox it performed terribly—significantly slower than my previous setup with an i3 2120 and Intel HD 2000 graphics. Is there a reason why this might be occurring?

Refresh your computer's firmware, and verify you possess the newest software for your motherboard and video card.

Edit: Please refrain from posting identical discussions, as this has no beneficial impact on resolving your issue swiftly and can create a poor initial impression amongst forum users.

My newly assembled computer is performing remarkably sluggishly, resembling the speed of an older desktop – has anyone encountered this issue? To illustrate its poor performance, it struggles to maintain a frame rate above 20 frames per second even when set to the lowest settings in Roblox. Here are my system specifications:
Ryzen 3 2200G
MSI B350M Gaming Pro Motherboard
1 Terabyte Hard Drive
Corsair CX550 Power Supply
Ballistix Sport LT 8GB RAM (Single Channel) DDR4 at 3200MHz
Vega 8 Graphics Card

Upgrade your BIOS, verify you possess the newest motherboard and graphics card drivers.

Edit: Please refrain from posting redundant threads, as this accomplishes nothing to expedite your resolution and can create a poor initial impression on the forum community.

I apologize for the inconvenience; I was deeply concerned that I made an error during construction and my initial post didn’t receive a reply. Thank you, and I will refrain from posting again in similar situations.

Have you installed Windows from scratch or utilized a pre-existing hard drive? If it originated from another computer, initiating a new Windows installation would be advisable.

What’s causing the sluggishness? Could you provide performance metrics within games or applications that demonstrate this slowdown? Considering your 2200G, it’s essential to realistically assess its capabilities regarding this processor and integrated graphics combination.

I anticipate performance will be sluggish, but failing to achieve more than 10 frames per second on the lowest settings indicates a definite issue. I purchased a hard drive from eBay, and the seller indicated it was unused (with "0" hours), however, it had actually been operational for 910 days. The drive contained no data when I installed Windows 10 64-bit and tested it on another computer, where it functioned correctly.
