My computer's fans are constantly cycling on and off, and using an HDMI cable to connect doesn't display anything.
As discussed in the title, the computer fans frequently switch on and off. The argb lights function properly, and the fans activate when I press the ‘on’ button. However, they then intermittently turn off again, and there is no HDMI2 signal detected. The monitor operates and the power is on, yet it still fails to function. NOTE: I have a small amount of thermal paste on the CPU pins, which is difficult to assess, but it’s possible one pin might be damaged. Could this affect anything? Since the PC powers up despite this, the display remains invisible.
remove the thermal paste from the pins
if a pin is damaged, your motherboard might not function properly
are you connecting the monitor to the GPU instead of the motherboard?
has power been connected to the GPU?
what devices are you using?
has this issue occurred before?
I completed all the tasks you outlined!
I employ:
Asrock H610M-HDV/M.2 motherboard
AMD Radeon 7800XT with 16gb of VRAM GPU
Intel i5-12400F processor
Any additional details?
Yes, it functioned previously.
