Ryzen 5 5600
PSU Corsair CV 650
Asrock AB350M Pro 4
RTX 3060 Ti
16GB RAM 8x2
1TB nvme
Last night I powered down my PC and when I tried to start it this morning it wouldn’t boot
Typically this happens when RAM is faulty or CMOS needs resetting. In that scenario, it would loop on and off
Now it powers on with high RPM and a high-pitched frequency (same pitch or RPM I usually hear when the PC normally boots) then after 5 seconds it slows down and repeats
I’ve seen this kind of issue before, but not like this
I attempted to reset the RAM and swapped it out with my old 4GB RAM
It still looped on and off, after resetting CMOS it kept looping without shutting down
I removed the NVMe drive, same setup
CPU fan running, GPU fan on
No lights on my mouse
No display visible
Keyboard standby light on, but the keys don’t backlight
I used it normally six hours ago; the only difference is I shut it down overnight
I’m unsure whether the issue is with the motherboard or the CPU

PSU Corsair CV 650
When this occurs, it's often due to RAM needing a reset or a CMOS issue. There might also be a grounding problem or the PSU simply not supplying power while the system runs. Consider borrowing or purchasing a more powerful, well-built PSU from someone nearby to test if the problem persists.
Moved the discussion from the Components section to the Systems section.

It was the GPU
For an unknown reason it's firmware issue
My friend had this exact problem a year ago
Need to use CSM to boot then update the firmware
