Hey everyone, I'm facing this issue with no solutions or a show, and the only suggestion I got was to reinstall Windows, which isn't an option for me right now. From the video, my computer freezes occasionally but I can still press buttons and click on some things—though the restart button is missing, so I have to do it manually.

I don't know what's causing this because the event viewer doesn't show any details. It happens randomly, sometimes 5 to 6 times a day, and other times just once. There are days when it doesn't freeze at all.
I also looked in Task Manager to check for spikes, but that didn't help.
Anyone have any advice? That would be really helpful.

Check the PSU to verify that all voltages are accurate.

They appear to be fine without any issues. I've already checked those, sorry I've tried so many things that I didn't manage to list them all.

You might want to export the Application and System logs and upload them to a cloud service with a link to them here. Fresh eyes may see things that you're not...
It's also worth running msinfo32 and doing a File > Save from there so you can upload the .nfo file to a cloud service for others to examine.
Also, look in the folder C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports, this is where Windows writes live dumps when a problem is recovered. Look in all the sub-folders and upload (to a cloud service) and dumps that you find in there.
Can you also post your full system specs, I'm interested mostly in seeing what RAM, CPU, and motherboard you have.
