When I purchased the PC, it wasn’t fully activated with Windows 10, but the games ran quite well. After activation, nothing functions properly. Several games previously played at 80-90 FPS now only reach around 20 FPS. The PC is well taken care of and placed in a spacious area, so it doesn’t overheat. It’s not heating up at all. Anyone know how to resolve this or should I consult a technician? I’m worried the money I spent might have been wasted.

Full system specifications available, including brand and model of the PSU. Malware scan performed on the system. CPU/GPU temperatures and usage were monitored throughout the game.
