It appears there’s a problem with the power supply. I experienced something similar approximately one year ago.

The power supply is likely the issue. Reconnect all cables and test with a different power supply if available.

If you're looking for something affordable, the Corsair CX-M series is a reasonable option, but ensure you select a model with the appropriate cabling and wattage.

If a power supply unit begins exhibiting these problems, it indicates that the unit is failing. While you might attempt to adjust energy-saving settings within the BIOS, a replacement power supply is likely necessary. Based on your system specifications, a 500-watt PSU would be sufficient; however, I suggest the 550-watt power supply available on Amazon. Alternatively, for anticipated future upgrades, consider the 650-watt version, which is $10 more expensive.

My CX650M experienced this identical problem while playing Subnautica with a 1060/8320 setup. Edited: The problem stemmed from the power supply unit, not the Corsair brand.
