My computer keeps restarting and I don't understand the cause.
I only play CS2 and my computer would restart occasionally after 5-6 games or sometimes not at all for days, but it generally restarts. I've checked the reasons and haven't found any issues. My specs are: CPU Ryzen 7 9800x3d, AIO Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 360, RAM G.SKILL CL30 6000mhz 2x16, motherboard Asus Rog Strix B650-E-F, GPU Asus 4070 dual, SSD Kingston M.2 1tb, power supply EVGA 750w platinum. I've tried changing the M.2 slot and it worked for a while but then restarted again. A memory diagnostic test showed no errors. Cinebench 24 multi-core doesn't exceed 80.5 degrees.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Have you explored alternative PSUs to upgrade your system? EVGA often delivers inconsistent models in their premium range. What temperatures are you observing during reboots? Regarding temperatures, please share the case model and AIO orientation in your setup.
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B650-E-F
BIOS version for your motherboard?
RAM: G.SKILL CL30 6000mhz 2x16
Do you have a link to the RAM you're using?
I completed a memory diagnostic and it showed no errors.
Memtest86 with at least 10 passes?
SSD: Kingston M.2 1tb
Kingston offers several M.2 drives; which one are you using?
Thanks for your prompt response. Before this CPU, I had a Ryzen 5 7600x paired with the same PSU and motherboard along with the same RAM. I only changed the PC case and CPU. My system restarts immediately, and I can't see temperatures at that moment, though I'm monitoring them during use. Temperatures are consistently around 55°C, with a maximum of 82°C. The case model is Montech King 950 Pro. The AIO cooler is functioning properly, and the M.2 slot uses a KINGSTON 1TB NV3 PCIe M.2 2280 SNV3S/1000G. My RAM is a G.SKILL 32GB Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5 6000MHz CL30 kit F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR. I didn't run Memtest86, only used the Windows Diagnostic tool.
