Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my computer. It unexpectedly shuts down each time I launch a game or even benchmark applications. I’ve attempted to replace the memory modules, power supply cables, and the power supply unit itself. The system functions correctly when used for general tasks like web browsing or video streaming, but this problem only arises during gaming. Furthermore, I performed a factory reset of the computer, yet the issue continues to occur.

What are the complete hardware specifications? Please list the manufacturer and exact model of the power supply unit (PSU). Also, could you provide the CPU and GPU temperatures along with their current utilization rates? Finally, would you like to run a malware scan on the entire system?

Here’s a revised version of the text:

My system specifications are as follows: CPU – Ryzen 5 2400G, Motherboard – Micro-Star A320M PRO-M2 V2, RAM – 4 x 2 Crucial modules, APU – Vega 11, and a standard power supply unit (PSU) was included with my case. I’m running Windows 10 (64-bit). At idle, the CPU temperature is between 45 and 50 degrees Celsius, while the motherboard ranges from 40 to 45 degrees Celsius. Both storage devices are operating correctly. I performed a full wipe of the hard drive and only installed a game and benchmarking software for testing purposes. I’m experiencing an issue where my computer unexpectedly shuts down during gameplay, particularly when running Metro Exodus. Rebooting requires disconnecting the audio/video receiver (AVR). The PSU fan appears to be functioning normally after I cleaned the case with a blower and brush.

If it’s not a particularly high-end situation, the power supply unit (PSU) likely shipped with the case and needs to be swapped out.
