I've been experiencing frequent game crashes on my recently assembled computer. These issues seem to be isolated to titles utilizing the Unreal Engine 4, specifically PUBG, Fortnite, and Golf It!. The problem manifests as follows: I can successfully begin playing a game, but approximately 15 minutes into the session, the screen will become frozen. After roughly 10-15 seconds, the application window will then close and display an error message resembling the images at these links: https://imgur.com/a/DRBE3p8 and https://imgur.com/a/DRBE3p8. Attempting to restart the game results in a similar crash occurring after a comparable timeframe. My system temperatures remain normal, and the issue appears to be limited exclusively to games based on Unreal Engine 4.

Here are my PC specifications: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RvqTsZ. My graphics card, a 2070, is currently running at an underclocked frequency of 60 MHz using Afterburner. These crashes were present before I adjusted the clock speed, and they persist even after doing so. My central processing unit is not overclocked.

If anyone can suggest solutions to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate any assistance offered.

I am experiencing the identical problem you described. My computer configuration is remarkably similar to yours: Ryzen 3700x, RTX 2070 Super (Gigabyte), Z370 Aorus Elite motherboard, and 32GB of 3200MHz Corsair RAM. I purchased this system in early August of 2019. I am only encountering crashes specifically within Unreal Engine titles—particularly *Remnant from the Ashes* and *Borderlands 3*. Games like *Wolfenstein: Youngblood*, *Control*, and *Apex Legends* operate without problems. I’ve discovered a temporary solution: after a crash, restarting my PC allows me to play for an extended time without further issues. Please let me know if you discover any fixes; I saw a suggestion in another forum about resolving the issue by swapping out my memory modules—it might be worth investigating.

Have you attempted to refresh your graphics card drivers? If that doesn't work, consider removing and re-installing a game to see if it resolves the issue.

Indeed, the graphics drivers are current. Remnant from the ashes has been reinstalled.

Can you identify a tool suitable for examining the UE4Minidump.dmp file?

Many text applications, including basic editors like Notepad, can open and interpret files containing written information. More advanced programs such as Notepad++ or Atom are also capable of this task. I desire to elaborate further, but the relevant information is scarce and I haven't been able to locate it through online searches. Personally, I am not experiencing the problem myself. Did this issue arise consistently over time, or did it begin after driver updates? Perhaps attempting to revert to a previous, reliable driver version might be beneficial.
