I am relatively new to PC gaming and have experienced frequent crashes and reboots while loading specific games, particularly Call of Duty: Warfare. I can maintain a frame rate of 250-300 fps in Rainbow Six Siege, which my friend considers excellent. Despite playing with low graphics settings, Call of Duty consistently causes the system to crash and restart without providing any specific error message. I've verified that component temperatures remain consistently below 50 degrees Celsius, and replacing the power supply unit did not resolve the issue. My current PC specifications include an Intel Core i7-9700k processor, an EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 Super graphics card, a Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Pro motherboard, 32GB of G-Skill Trident Z RAM, and a CX750m power supply.

If your PC crashes every time you try to load cod warfare, remove your graphics card and boot using the onboard graphics to see if it still crashes just loading the game.

Please check your device manager to see if there are any yellow warning signs related to your drivers.

I didn’t find any warning signs there. I usually keep Task Manager open to see the stats while playing and never noticed anything unusual.

Return to Device Manager and examine “Display adapters.” Is your video card listed?
