Thank you very much for any assistance you can offer. I’m becoming increasingly upset with these unexpected restarts and have exhausted my efforts to resolve the problem.

Here’s a breakdown of my setup:

* CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1800X
* CPU Cooler: Corsair H100 I v2
* Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-AX370-K5
* Graphics Card: Asus ROG GTX 1080 - A8G - Gaming 8GB
* RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8) DDR4
* Power Supply: Initially a Corsair RM650, upgraded to an EVGA Supernova 1000 P2

The problem began approximately two weeks ago, following a period of inactivity. After turning the computer off for vacation, it began restarting immediately after the BIOS/motherboard startup screen before reaching the Windows login or PIN screen. Interestingly, once I’m fully operational within Windows – browsing the web, streaming videos, using voice chat – there are no problems at all. However, it consistently crashes either during startup or when launching *Division 2*. A peculiar aspect of this issue is that the graphics card flashes red and white LEDs back and forth during these restarts. I’ve researched this, but haven't found any useful information.

I've attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

* Replaced the CPU cooler
* Switched to a new power supply, increasing from 650W to 1000W
* Reseated the CPU after installing the new cooler
* Reseated the graphics card multiple times
* Installed fresh drivers for the video card
* Performed thorough dusting and cleaning
* Monitored temperatures – no issues detected
* Checked power voltage levels – both PSUs displayed consistent 12V and 5V readings

I’m frustrated with this situation, especially as it significantly hinders my ability to play *Division 2*. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect the motherboard is malfunctioning. These sporadic Blue Screen of Death occurrences resemble issues I experienced with previous Ryzen boards, exhibiting similar erratic behavior. There appears to be substandard quality control in these Ryzen systems, and this problem persists regardless of the manufacturer. I’ve encountered it three times across three separate setups, requiring motherboard replacements each time, and the issues subsequently resolved themselves permanently. However, that represents a significant failure rate – approximately 50%, or three out of six instances.

Occasionally, at certain points, the game will unexpectedly cease functioning and begin again. Last night, I was able to play Diablo II for extended periods without issue. However, these interruptions are sporadic and tend to occur when I'm engaged in specific activities.

I suspect the motherboard is malfunctioning. These sudden, unpredictable system crashes resemble issues I’ve experienced with previous Ryzen boards exhibiting similar erratic behavior. Poor quality control appears to be a factor with these Ryzen components, and it’s not limited to any specific manufacturer. I've repeatedly needed to replace motherboards—approximately three times across multiple systems—only for the problems to resolve themselves afterward, representing a 50% failure rate (three out of six).

Are there any other perspectives on this? I’m increasingly concerned about having to swap out more equipment while trying to resolve this problem.
