If you possess a supplemental graphics card, attempt to replicate the freezing issue by using it. If the problem doesn't occur with a different GPU, we might be able to pinpoint the source of the issue. I’m unable to test with a second card, but I can use Furmark. I've experimented with performance tests like 3D Mark and Heaven, neither of which has triggered the freeze—although I only ran them for approximately 30 minutes each. I plan to investigate obtaining another GPU.

Recently, I ran tests for over an hour, consistently maintaining temperatures around 83°C. However, the freezing persists during gameplay, occurring in shorter durations. Avoid excessive use of benchmarking software; 83°C is potentially too high. Consider utilizing your integrated graphics by disabling your dedicated GPU and observing if the freezing issue returns. Also, try Prime95, which performs a comprehensive stress test of both your CPU and RAM simultaneously – mimicking gaming load without relying on the GPU. Monitor temperatures during multiple passes of this test.

Look, I think I've found a possible solution, you should go to the Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Power Options, Change Settings, Change Advanced Settings, Processor Power Manager, Maximum Processor State, if it's 100% lower to 80%, apply the changes. If it continues to cause you reduce the problem until you see that it no longer blocks you anymore.
You tell me if it served you.

What was the ultimate resolution? I’m experiencing precisely the identical problem with Raft as you described, and this issue extends to other games too.
