This problem frequently occurs in print form. Nevertheless, I haven't located any existing discussions addressing my specific situation. I recently updated my computer system prior to this beginning, and the issue arose after that upgrade. It happens infrequently during gameplay—perhaps once per day or every two days—primarily while gaming as it’s easier to observe. The freezing period is brief, typically lasting approximately 0.5 seconds. During these freezes, the audio quality degrades dramatically, producing a buzzing sound. I am unsure of the cause… Interestingly, when running a memory test, I encountered one error across four passes (with the XMP profile enabled). My hardware specifications include: an MSI Nvidia 2070 Super Trio X, a Ryzen 5 3600, an MSI Tomahawk MAX b450 motherboard, 16GB of Corsair Vengeance Pro 3600MHz C18 RAM, a Seasonic S12II 620W Bronze power supply, several hard drives for storing games, and an operating system installed on an SSD.

Your memory tests should show no errors… substitute the RAM.
Have you reinstalled Windows following the system update? If not, please do so, and subsequently update the chipset drivers for your motherboard.
