my pc
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
Intel® Core™ i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz
RAM 16 GB
windows 11 pro 64
when i begin eve online i experience freezing for about 5-10 minutes, the pc screen shuts down but it remains in a frozen state until i restart it manually. playing league of legend works fine, it doesn’t affect other games. i’ve tried various conflict resolution methods, but the issue persists even when running at low settings. my nvidia geforce gtx 1660 ti is up to date.

I don't really understand how to figure this out, since the situation is unclear and the proof isn't visible.

the reason dxdiag closes when you try to click on the display is unclear from your question.

Is there a malware scan for the system?
Yes, I even reinstalled a fresh Windows 11 version.
Is this a legitimate Windows 11 Pro copy?
