Hi guys, got the newest results for you. I've followed every step carefully. What do you say about the UBM? Check out this link: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/55435772

It just acts super slow and buggers, yeah. It's so annoying to start over because of that bug, but I guess the problem might be with the computer itself if you don't have better plans?

Also let me add something up, if this could be related to it, when I open system config>boot, here is what my normal startup looks like: Windows 10 (C:\Windows): CurrentOS; Default OS Windows 10(\Windows) Windows 10(D:\Windows). I think these options appeared right after I moved Windows 10 to my SSD (which now holds CSmile and then formatted D:\. That's when things started getting messy. At first, it was a bit shaky with the UI and stuff but games ran okay. After resetting my PC and updating to Windows 11 on C:, my games run so bad even though benchmarks say I got a decent gaming PC lol just wanted to share this in case there are other theories.

I found out my CPU is getting hot, around 75 degrees when it's sitting still and not even playing games. A quick search said this might cause laggy moves on the screen. I'm going to clean up the case, change the fans, put some new thermal paste on, and check if things get better next weekend. Wish me luck guys!

Check the precision boost or just try precision boost overdrive like I saw. The CPU was running at 3.4ghz except for the first run before all this, which hit 3.8ghz. Maybe you can see how the clock behaves. But if it's 75c when idle, that needs some fix right there XD. Probably clean all fans and cooling, repaste the cpu with good paste, and check if that helps idle temps. It might be overheating during games causing throttles and big fps drops usually not always happening. With precision boost overdrive enabled it pushes clock far above limits to safe level. Your first result here was 3.8ghz but latest is 3.4ghz. I don't know if it's just wrong settings or maybe because you overheat IT throttles the clock really bad. I don't know what settings your cod mw uses, but my friend told me he went up from 2x4gb to 2x8gb and it fixed stutter, so check if your ram is on edge while playing game?

Hey guys, I fixed my problem! Sorry I messed up so bigly today. After unplugging my computer to put new thermal paste on it, something weird happened. It turns out I had left my fan and heat sink loose above the CPU before. When I moved them around, they just didn't touch the chip because they weren't set right. That's why for those last two months, my processor has been overheating with no cooling at all! I took off the old paste, scrubbed everything down with rubbing alcohol, and reapplied it. Guess what? Since then, my games have never run better. Also, a lot of people helped me tweak my settings even more than I thought before so thank you! This has been such an adventure for me.
