My COD game keeps making stuttering sounds when I play it.
I've been playing Minecraft World (MW) really well on my old graphics card, getting super smooth around sixty to eighty frames per second. Then I bought a new GPU called the 3070ti about two months ago and things got even smoother back up to one hundred or fifteen frames! But suddenly, like overnight, every few seconds something is really choppy in the game and it's so annoying. No matter what I do, lowering settings, or playing on the lowest resolution, the problem stays. At first, I thought the new Minecraft update broke things, but I don't think that was it. I've tried everything: restarting drivers with DDU, scanning and fixing them all, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, resetting my control panel settings, turning off everything else in msconfig to just use my cores, wiping my whole PC clean, putting Windows on a new SSD, installing Minecraft on a new drive, flipping my RAM sticks around (swapping the memory from A1B2 to B1A1), and updating my BIOS. I've probably tried more things but now I'm so tired of this game that I don't even remember them anymore. I think it might be something with how Windows is set up because before I had two drives both running Windows 10, which confused me too, but the game worked fine when that started happening. I just want to play this damn thing. Here are my specs: Monitor is a Mag272CRX 24hz from MSI; Graphics card is a GigaByte 3070ti; CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with eight cores and speeds of 3.6 GHz; I have two sticks of 8GB RAM running at DDR4 speed; OS is Windows 11 Home; Motherboard is a B450 Aorus Pro WiFi card; And here are the specs for this whole thing, please help me out. Hey guys, I solved my headache. Please let me know if you felt that big forehead moment too. When I started wiping the old stuff off to put new heat gel on my computer, something weird happened. Turns out, back when it took me two months of stuttering headaches while I was trying to get this right, I forgot to clip my fan or heatsink down tight above my CPU. It just kept swinging around. When I stood up with the heat sink hanging loose, there was no touch between them at all. That means for the last couple weeks my computer has been getting way too hot because it wasn't cooling me down properly. So I took out all the old goo and scrubbed both parts clean with rubbing alcohol. Then I put the new gel back on and guess what? My game is running so much better than ever. I'll also...

Disconnect your internet connection. Remove every GPU driver using DDU, but do not restart the computer and make sure all options in Nvidia's DDU settings are checked. Also, take out all processor drivers from Device Manager exactly like this: uninstall AMD Chipset Software in Control Panel (skip it if there is none) then reboot to enter BIOS mode and disable AMD fTPM and secure boot if they are on by default. Save and exit the BIOS, go back in again, refresh the BIOS using Agesa 1.2.0.7, load your default or optimized settings inside the BIOS, turn on fastest XMP profile, save and exit. Optional: turn off CSM, enable Above 4G Decoding and Resizable Bar (these two won't work if CSM is still on). If your GPU supports it, why not try XD? Make sure you boot up to Windows after that and install the latest chipset driver (it should be version 4.08.xx when I write this), then reboot. Install the newest NVIDIA driver, reboot, and now connect to the internet. *do everything offline until you restart after installing the chipset driver too, also you can reboot to BIOS at any time to set XMP and your previous settings.* Download all necessary files (highlighted word) before starting step 1, follow each order one by one. Run cmd as admin, then run chkdsk /x /f /r, then run sfc /scannow and check if there is Windows update and install them (except optional updates). Make sure your power supply unit that feeds the GPU has at least one PCIe cable per slot (use the main cable, not the branches or splits) like this:
