Greetings, I’ve encountered difficulties playing Call of Duty: Warzone and my frame rate consistently remains between 30-35 fps, despite numerous adjustments. My system specifications are as follows:

Intel Core i7-5820k
Asus X99 A-II motherboard
32GB of RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW2
Up-to-date Windows operating system
The game is installed on an SSD.

I’ve explored numerous solutions, yet I’m unable to locate a resolution. I've utilized the motherboard’s integrated CPU tuner to overclock my processor to 3.9 GHz, which unfortunately didn't improve performance by a single frame. I can smoothly run Escape From Tarkov and Modern Warfare multiplayer without issues, despite other users reporting similar CPU problems with no performance concerns. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Monitor your graphics card utilization. There are reports suggesting that Call of Duty: Warzone is exhibiting problems where it relies on the processor while placing a small demand on the graphics card. It appears the computer’s central processing unit is handling most of the three-dimensional calculations.

I considered that same thought when the system monitor wasn’t displaying any activity, and MSI Afterburner indicated my graphics card was being utilized regularly. However, when I increased all of my settings to their highest levels, the Task Manager then showed that GPU usage reached over 60%.

Based on my observations, there appears to be an issue within that game. Altering your computer’s components would not ensure a resolution.

Seriously, the only update issue I’m encountering is that I can't install Windows 1903 due to a problem. My games, Warzone and Rising from the East, are consistently running at 35 frames per second, but I have no difficulty with Tarkov.
