i just bought a new asus tuf fx506hc laptop and it opens the bios every time I try to launch it, he tells me there is SSD storage but he doesn't show it in the boot option

Usually this occurs due to a bad drive. The safest choice would be to replace it.
Do you have a budget planned? Which store are you considering?

it should have won 11 but the win isn't showing. In the BIOS, the NVMe displayed in storage, yet during boot priority it's not visible.
