I've been playing mw and I get good FPS, but I notice screen tearing mainly when I look down at the ground and run. It's visible on the bottom of the screen. I set the in-game framelimiter to 141, but I'm unsure if using Riva Tuner is better than the in-game limiter, or if I should keep the in-game limiter at the same settings. Should I set the in-game limiter to unlimited and then use Riva Tuner at 141? Can someone help me with this?

Check for driver updates as well, also consider lowering the framerate, that's what gsync is about. I'm using a freesync monitor with g sync running, and I haven't experienced any tearing during the whole game. 2070S at 1080p 144. Avoid setting frame caps, would recommend, since even if FPS exceeds your screen...
