Is the music feature actually used in Steam? Yes, it works well and is quite solid. I think having custom gaming music would be great so we could have ready-made options in our library.

I usually watch music on YouTube while I'm using my computer. Occasionally I switch to the Steam overlay browser and open YouTube through it, so I don't have to launch Chrome. It still works when I switch back into the game, which is pretty convenient.

It's really useful. I discovered this while watching tutorials and they continued playing even when I tried to pause.

It's strange, I've always thought it was odd. Most people just use iTunes.
