Hey everyone, I've been visiting these forums a few times over the past eight months. Around that time, I bought a CyberPower PC (GMA model, 2060 i5) and it started stuttering and dropping frames so much that I had to return it. In short, I’ve tried four other rigs from different brands and all kept the same issue. I’ve disabled PBO, updated drivers via AMD Auto Detect, changed bios, turned off XMP with custom memory settings, adjusted DRAM voltage, switched off Freesync and Vsync, enabled Enhanced Sync, tweaked clock speeds, cleaned old drivers, turned off PCIE power saving, disabled 10-bit pixel format, removed the game bar, disabled Discord overlay, set audio to stereo, changed refresh rate to 60Hz, ran games at 1080p, re-seated RAM, swapped in a Zotac 950 GPU (which gave me the lowest graphics but more stable frame times), and even adjusted power limits with MSI Afterburner. I also reset the card and GPU.
I know my home has electrical problems, but I haven’t seen a full crash or restart with this machine yet. Previous rigs had crashes, but this one is holding up. It seems like the same issue might be affecting all five rigs now—could it be related to something beyond just my setup?

Do your computers slow down when you disconnect the UPS from the wall? If yes, you're facing the same challenge. A standard UPS won’t cut it because it doesn’t provide that level of purification. If we move to a cleaner environment, the stuttering should stop. The most reliable test is using a brand-new setup with a double conversion unit. This might resolve the issue, but I’m hesitant until it works. One weird thing I’ve experienced is hearing others blame your power supply for cleaning the electricity—maybe they’re right, or maybe there’s more to it.
