Multiple PC issues: Won't shut down or restart, Ethernet fails repeatedly, random hardware malfunctions occur.
Hey everyone,
My PC was functioning properly until recently, then a series of strange problems emerged. Initially, the graphics drivers failed, causing YouTube and Netflix to stop and display black squares on Chrome. This was clearly a graphics driver issue.
Later, additional issues appeared: my Ethernet connection would suddenly drop, while the internet remained stable elsewhere in the house. I tried turning it off and back on in the network settings, but it wouldn’t respond. Restarting the PC sometimes resolved the Ethernet problem, allowing the internet to work again for a while.
The most recent problem is that my PC no longer wants to shut down or restart—it keeps displaying "Restarting" or "Shutting Down."
This situation began today.
Was everything normal this morning?
