there were similarities but nothing appeared to resolve the issue. i checked device manager and noticed this link

should I expect this many or just one? i removed one and the problem became less common.

Create and model keyboard?
Razer?
HID:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows...ivers/hid/
Begin at the top and proceed downwards removing HID's
Ensure the keyboard works after each removal.
If it stops then restart.
