Multiple keyboards causing identical problems
After assembling my computer, I noticed the same problem across several games I played using two different keyboards. My keyboard and mouse work fine most of the time, but occasionally the computer keeps pressing keys even after I release them. Any key I type afterward isn’t shown on the screen once it stops responding. When a key press freezes, the inputs I made afterward are not registered. Once the delayed responses appear, the keyboard resumes working normally for a short period before the issue returns. The most similar real-life situation is when I rapidly press keys like 'a' and 'd' while strafing in a game. After a few seconds, my movements stop registering, I take off my hands from the keyboard, and then I start strafing again for as long as I held down the keys after the freeze. It only works until the delayed inputs are detected on the screen again. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Try a clean boot and observe if it alters the outcome — follow the guidelines carefully and ensure no Microsoft services are disabled or Windows won’t load properly.
This method doesn’t remove files; it simply halts non-Microsoft applications during startup. It’s straightforward.
If the clean boot resolves the issue, it suggests a problematic startup program. You should restart those programs one by one to pinpoint the culprit.
Thank you for the guidance. Unfortunately, it didn't resolve the problem.
