I own a 2-year-old machine from iBuypower that has worked well before. Recently, it’s been producing high-pitched and low tones while the computer runs and watches videos. I updated the graphics driver using DDU, installed a fresh Windows 10, and even tried another iBuypower that’s only a few months old—it behaved similarly. No issues are visible in the event viewer or the Windows reliability monitor. I’m testing different speakers now. It seems the speakers might be faulty. Here’s a video of the sound issue. Beeping Tones Video Thanks

It could be the computer itself or the speakers producing the sounds.

It's emanating from the speakers. Once I turned them off, there was no sound, but when I turned them back on, it continued to play.

I assume your computer functions properly. The link between the PC and the speakers appears to be working correctly.

The links appear okay; the speakers are Dell's 5.1 surround models from 2007.
