Hey everyone, my friend often experiences crashes while playing. After some troubleshooting, we tried running the game on two DDR4 16GB sticks instead of his usual four 16GB sticks, and it works fine now. The main problem seems to be that he uses the PC for university work and frequently switches between virtual desktops for courses. He’d really like to keep the 64GB RAM if possible. Anyone have any thoughts on why the game is stable with fewer sticks but unstable with more?

The RAM and/or CPU memory controller isn't stable; the game reacts more to it. His RAM becomes unstable even when creating virtual desktops, which could lead to problems. We'll need his complete PC specifications for further checks. Did he purchase two sets of 2 RAM modules? Are they the same model? Use CPU-Z to find the exact part numbers from the SPD section for all four slots. Is the RAM being overclocked (XMP/DOCP/EXPO)? Is the CPU overclocked?
