Hello. These issues have persisted for about a month and a half after my Windows 10 setup. I'm frustrated because they keep appearing and disrupt my learning. They tend to occur while watching videos, browsing the web, or opening files. Gaming didn't help either. I've been using the default settings on my PC. Once I reinstalled Windows 10, the problem continued. After removing and reinstalling the graphics card drivers, it still crashes. Updating the BIOS didn't resolve it. A memory diagnostic showed everything normal. Here are some error codes I recorded:

- ATTEMTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY APC INDEX MISMATCH
- UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP
- CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT
- DRIVER OVERRAN
- STACK BUFFER DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
- DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
- DRIVER OVERRAN
- STACK BUFFER INTERNAL POWER ERROR
- ATTEMTED WRITE TO READONLY MEMORY
- KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE
- PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA
- TIMER OR DPC INVALID KERNEL AUTO BOOST
- LOCK ACQUISITION WITH RAISED IRQL
- SYSTEM EXCEPTION (Npfs.sys)

My dump files and information are available here: [link]

My system details:
Processor: Amd R5 3600 16 GB, 2666 MHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte RX580 4G FSP Hydro 600W PSU
Please let me know if you need anything else.

These appear to be a combination of power, RAM, CPU, and drivers. What I’d like: 1. erase CMOS (remove any overclocking) 2. update all drivers 3. perform disk checks and SFC 4. run memory tests 5. conduct an AV check.

I updated the CMOS and reinstalled Windows 10 before. The issue persisted. I checked the disk information and used sfc.I have three drives on my system—two primary ones are in great condition, the third is still functional but not ideal. The SFC scan didn’t reveal anything. As mentioned in the discussion, I ran memory diagnostics with memtest. If it performed much better at catching these issues, I might skip further tests. I scanned my entire PC with Malwarebytes about five months ago and found some outdated viruses from the 2000-2005 period in a drive that was otherwise healthy. Apart from that, my main files appeared clean.

I don't use any software for taking classes or browsing the web. I operate through text-based interactions.

Chrome works equally well for both platforms.

Reinstalling that might help. These error messages often relate to stack overflows and memory issues. Yeah, make sure to include the tricky extensions too.

I believe the issue isn't Chrome since it works fine for other tasks like listening to music on Spotify, opening files in Word, or chatting on Discord. I'll give it another shot.

i'd think it might be a background process. attempt to turn off everything and then test one by one (after you close any open ones). focus on changing just one variable at a time, like in grade 8 science.

I'll attempt it, though it seems like a possible driver problem I can't solve.
