Solution: The CPU was the issue, following a test with another unit resolved all errors. I'm now handling the Intel warranty procedure.

Recently, I updated several drivers via the Gigabyte Control Centre app, assuming they were chipset-related. Since then, persistent BSOD crashes have continued, and I haven't managed to resolve them.

Apologies ahead of time for any mobile formatting.

System details:
Gigabyte Aorus Z790 Elite AX
Intel i7 13900k
32GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
Samsung 980 Pro 2TB
Gigabyte Aorus 4090
Rog Strix 1000W Gold

Errors encountered:
- Kmode exception not handled
- Page fault in non-paged area
- Uncorrectable error – Processor core - APIC ID: 32 – Machine check error – Internal parity error
- Clock_watchdog-Timeout

Attempts made:
- Restored to an earlier state
- Rolled back drivers via Device Manager
- Reinstalled Windows 10
- Updated motherboard BIOS to F8
- Reinstalled chipset drivers from Gigabyte website
- Ran SFC /scannow
- Executed DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
- Performed DDU reinstall for Nvidia drivers
- Ran Windows memory diagnostic
- Used CHKDSK

I also tried a driver verifier, but it crashed during the process.
I'm frustrated after days of troubleshooting and hope I hadn't made any changes before.

Currently at work, I'll address any questions you might have.
Your support would be very much appreciated!

Thanks for your assistance.
I plan to implement both of your recommendations after returning home.
I've completed clean window installations before, using the manufacturer's suggested 1000W.

I found the four dump files today after reinstalling Windows 11 this morning. I encountered a few different errors so far. From the CPU diagnostic, the results were as follows:

--- IPDT64 - Revision: 4.1.8.40
--- IPDT64 - Start Time: 14/09/2023 17:29:42

I just reset the CMOS and took the battery out for 5 minutes, but now I'm crashing every few minutes. It's becoming increasingly difficult to even upload logs.
Here are a few more recent ones:

Several runs using the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool appear to result in mixed outcomes for the GPUStressW section. Updated: The tool also failed the Math test module now.
