Multiplayer Games
Exactly what others say about it. I should have said that earlier. My mistake.
That's simply the fourth rule. You'll always run into it across any style or universe.
LEGO! LEGO and beyond LEGO! Based on your preferences, you can choose themes like Indiana Jones, Avengers, Batman, Harry Potter, Star Wars, or any you like. I suggest the newer versions over the older ones. They are safe and support single-player multiplayer, though you'll need two controllers. That's a solid point.
We understand your concern and would prefer to steer clear of it entirely. However, Overwatch remains a possibility.
I think they also provide online multiplayer options. At least the more recent titles should. Other aspects to think about include MMORPGs such as SWTOR, Guild Wars 2 and various others like Blade and Soul. While they encourage purchases from their online store (though less so on GW2), this is something to be aware of in many digital games.
Here are some free-to-play options worth checking out: Warthunder, World of Tanks (WOT), World of Warships (WOWS), World of Warplanes (WOWP). These are casual titles but each supports an esports scene. For paid experiences, Guns of Icarus Online costs $5 per account and Guns of Icarus Alliance is $15 per account. All feature MMOs with team-based play like platoons and squads.
