I built my PC and turned it on, eager to dive into gaming. I visited Steam to download Borderlands 2. It took a long time—about three hours at just 2mb/s. After checking online, I found the speed was around 4mbps, which was much slower than the 50mbps I usually get on other devices. I tested wired Ethernet and Wi-Fi, but both gave significantly lower speeds. Some suggested it might be due to AMD QuickStream, though it wasn’t installed. Could you help me figure out what’s going on? Thanks!
