Yes, it's generally correct. Brands often list both MT/s and MHz to describe their speeds. A 5600 MT/s means 5600 megatransfers per second, while 5600 MHz refers to the operating frequency. If your motherboard specifies either one, it usually indicates that the component supports that particular bandwidth.

In marketing terms, they refer to the same thing. Actually, the MHz should be half of MT/s for DDR memory, which means MT/s is the accurate measurement.

MT/s refers to the correct measurement. When they mention 5600MHz, it's not the real clock speed but the effective one. The true speed is half of that, around 2300MHz. Since it's Double Data Rate, doubling the speed gives 5600MHz, which equals MT/s (Mega Transfers).

We all make some awkward miscalculations sometimes. I’ve had a few silly errors with lab work before, so I’m not holding you to that.

Haha, that face is killing me... The brain test didn’t make it through the morning check.

Hey there, I heard your lab calculation went all wobbly—probably around the "go stand facing the corner of the wall" brain fart level.

I used to work as a cashier during my student days, and I remember being really awkward when I had to figure out the change for a few minutes. It was embarrassing, and even the people waiting behind me decided to go to another counter.
