Hello, I have an older system with MSI Z170A Gaming M7 / Intel i5 6600k / AMD 580. I recently decided to upgrade my CPU cooling and tried water cooling since my CPU runs at 4.5 GHz. I purchased the Deepcool Gammaxx L240 v2, which has RGB lighting, so it would look nice. However, when I power on the PC, there’s no light from the cooler and no colors at all—even though the water flow is active. My motherboard doesn’t support RGB at all? Is there a way to fix this?

Hello. Did you connect the RGB controller to the cooler? It seems you have the power cables set, but the pump and fans need a second wire from them for the RGB. You can submit a support ticket at the provided link. Our support team is ready to help with wiring the lighting. DeepCool Support
