I activated gameboost in the BIOS and performed a Cinebench test. I observed that cores 12 and 10 hit a maximum of 5.919 MHz, while core 13 reached 5.894 MHz as well. I’m having trouble reproducing this peak, so it might not be a consistent spike or could be an issue with the monitoring software. (Using HWMonitor) I’m new to adjusting PBO settings.
Additionally, I don't suggest "gameboost" or comparable options since producers frequently employ risky configurations for them, which can cause your equipment to fail more quickly.
Game boosts typically increase both clock speed and voltage, particularly for default clocks. This can cause the CPU to run faster on average more often than necessary, though the voltage rise may have some downsides.
It looks like you're evaluating the stability of your setup. The numbers suggest solid performance at lower temperatures, with voltages and boost levels within expected ranges. However, long-term reliability depends on many factors—drive condition, cooling, usage patterns, and component quality. For best results, monitor temperatures closely and ensure proper ventilation. Overall, it seems safe given the data, but always test under real-world conditions.
Temps reste généralement sûr, mais la tension varie légèrement.
