I'm working with a dual channel setup of gskill 16gb x 2 ripjaws v. F4-3200C16D-32GVK. Only achieving 2133 MHz is an issue. Are you looking for adjustments in the BIOS to approach closer to 3200? Someone familiar with this BIOS should be able to help.

Tested Speed 3200MHz
Tested Latency 16-18-18-38
Tested Voltage 1.35v
SPD Speed 2133MHz
SPD Voltage 1.20v
Serial Presence Detect (SPD) refers to the memory's performance when left active [Auto]. XMP can be activated to meet these standards. You may also adjust parameters manually: clock speed, DRAM timings, and DRAM voltage.

I adjusted it to 3000mhz in the BIOS. Started working properly, though only the minor changes were made.
