You connected the correct components but the system isn’t booting properly. Check your power connections, ensure the motherboard is properly seated, and verify that the CPU fan is indeed turning on. Also, confirm the BIOS settings allow booting from USB and that there are no conflicting power management settings.

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know this was my first upgrade in 15 years. I assumed nothing was going wrong since everything seemed so calm. Everything looks fine.
