You recently assembled your initial PC. Each time it starts, all four debug lights (CPU, DRAM, VGA & BOOT) rapidly blink red one at a time for a short period before stopping. Despite this, everything functions perfectly—BIOS is accessible, Windows installs smoothly, drivers are present, and performance is seamless. Specifications include an R5 3600 processor, RX 5700 GPU, Gskill Ripjaws V 16GB RAM at 3400MHz, a 500GB SSD from Kingston A2000, and MSI B450 Tomahaw Max motherboard.

The system is initializing and verifying each part for proper operation. If any issues arise, the indicator will remain active to highlight the affected component. Everything should function as intended.

That’s the standard startup process, just like with your Tomahawk. When I had a faulty GPU (which required an RMA), the VGA diagnostic light stayed lit and no video appeared, which is how it functions.

The forum was very helpful. You're a new builder with similar hardware except a 2600, and you've been looking for troubleshooting tips. It's safe to continue using your PC if all four lights flash one by one during startup. If this isn't causing shutdowns or boot issues, it might not be the power supply unit (PSU) problem. You could still explore other potential causes.
