Hey! It sounds like your water cooler might need a replacement, and you're missing the screws for the fan bracket. I don’t have the exact screw sizes, but the MSI x370 Pro Carbon board usually uses small Phillips-head screws around 3mm to 4mm. What Ryzen cooler is this? Some use these clips, some do not. Anyways, if you need those plastic clips, I have this board and have those screws somewhere. I could probably measure those out for you later today
