Initially the board was already tested and assembled by novatech. The link to the motherboard is provided here, as well as the PC case used: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07KGSJRC3/. My brother is attempting to build a new PC and we're facing a CPU red light problem. The motherboard passed bench tests and booted into BIOS before being installed in the case. I have some questions ahead.

1. The case comes with standoffs and screw holes for the motherboard. I’m sure my brother mentioned there are nine total, but now I think it might need its own screws—should we use the standoffs instead?
2. We’ve done standard PC troubleshooting: replaced RAM, checked connections tightly, reset CMOS, but no luck.
What’s puzzling is that after bench testing, the CPU light stayed off. We’re stuck in a loop when it powers on and shuts off again.
Our PC build is becoming frustrating, but I’m determined to fix this and get it working.
3. Anyone have a photo comparing standoffs and metal posts?

The screws on the motherboard seem loose. There appears to be a ground connection somewhere. Motherboard standoffs are positioned this way and may vary in color—painted black or zinc-plated. If your brother has nine of these fastened into the motherboard tray, that matches an ATX board.

Recognized but we must ensure the bench test remains functional despite its initial success, which now triggers a CPU warning.
