Did you add it from the MSI website or through the Microsoft Store? Also, are there particular MSI products you’d like to manage with RGB settings? You may want to try removing and then reinstalling the software to test. (By the way, this seems to relate to a software problem, so it’s better to have mentioned that earlier.) From Microsoft Store I purchased the motherboard MSI B560-A PRO for controlling RGB lighting. It includes a deep cool RGB LED strip with deep blue color.

Your system appears to be working well since the motherboard matches the requirements. Have you attempted removing and then readding the software?
