I just installed this new motherboard for my PC. Before, the USB ports kept supplying power even when the system was off, which helped because I had a mousepad with a built-in charger for my wireless mouse. This board doesn’t appear to do that. I checked the BIOS settings and the manual, but I didn’t find any obvious options. Do you think there’s something missing?

You should follow the instructions in the manual and BIOS guide. I’ll start now. This approach may not be available on that board.

I scanned your guide and discovered a few useful points. It might not be directly applicable, but I checked the MSI Dragon Center documentation as well—worth taking the time to review the entire section.

It turns out my assumption was incorrect. The particular port I was using didn’t supply power when the PC was off, whereas the others did. I’m still trying to figure out which one is correct, but at least the back panel 2.0 ports are working now.
