I have two PCs running MSI hardware—one with MAG X570 Tomahawk and another with MPG Gaming Edge B550i. Both function normally except the USB-C ports on either motherboard are non-functional. A USB tester confirms no power is delivered from any port. This isn’t the typical “intermittent USB disconnect” problem reported by AMD users. I’ve tried everything, including updating the BIOS and even burning a BIOS image, but nothing works. The issue persists in both Windows 10 and Linux environments. I’m unable to connect any USB-C devices or peripherals via BIOS settings. MSI support was unhelpful, and I’m looking for alternative solutions now. Thanks.
