You're observing a difference in compatibility lists between MSI and Combability. It seems the MSI list focuses on DDR5 RAM that supports XMP for Intel processors, while Combability highlights options compatible with XMP but not necessarily with Expo for AMD. This doesn't necessarily mean one is correct over the other—it reflects the specific vendor's testing and recommendations. Check both sources to ensure your choice fits your system requirements.

RAM equipped with XMP supports AMD boards too, it's not limited to Expo alone. I've tested the Kingston FURY Beast DDR5 6000MHz EXPO across several B650 motherboards from Asrock, MSI, and Asus, all functioning smoothly when EXPO is activated. The model KF560C36BBEK2-32 fits well—it's not too tall and pairs nicely with most dual tower air coolers.

Got replay on other forum: "EXPO was removed from the compatibility listing until AMD finalized their solution for chips burning themselves up. Currently expected with BIOS versions based off of the 1.0.9.0 if those pass qualifications. Bit of a wait and see since 1.0.8.0 failed at this point and was pulled."

Yes, it looks genuine. These are the X3D chips experiencing certain problems, distinct from standard non-X3D models.

Sure, I've got a 7700x with over 20 AM5 systems since the AM5 launch—no X3D issues at all, everything running smoothly, and I'm completely confident.
