Is Msi llc mode 1 the highest or lowest setting? It's actually the highest. The difference is that LLC level 1 is the tightest, while LLC level 8 is the lowest (most voltage drop). Depending on the board you're using, you'll need different levels—on my MSI B350 I used Level 2 to keep the vcore stable, but Level 1 slightly increased it under stress. My MSI X370 board only required Level 4 for the desired voltage.
