MSI Titan GT80S is running various versions of Windows 10 alongside CentOS, using multiple SSDs. One system has the latest Windows 10 version, while another is a January-made clone. Both experience freezing issues. The screen shows whatever was on it, but the machine stops responding to any input from keyboard, mouse, or touchpad. Some systems freeze before booting up at all. I attempted a memory diagnostic tool, but it froze during the process and didn’t boot at all. Previously, the system started smoothly after a year of using the SSD. Temperatures seem normal, battery was replaced, but freezing persists. When the fan is activated during Turbo mode, it lasts longer, yet freezes after about an hour. Powering off forces a restart, but the system fails to turn on at all (no POST), never reaching BIOS. It takes some time before it finally boots. What does this all indicate?

I would begin with a new setup of Windows 10.
