I possess an MSI GP62M 7RDX with an i7-7700HQ processor, GTX 1050 graphics, and 16GB of RAM. I'm attempting to install OS X High Sierra using a UNIBOOT USB created from a VM setup. When I try to boot, I reach the main menu and select the install drive but nothing appears to happen. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Ensure your hardware supports the system. OS X is quite particular about compatibility and what it can handle.

look for a Linux alternative if you prefer not to use Windows and want to play games. There’s no NVIDIA GTX 1050 driver available for macOS since Apple doesn’t use that GPU or any modern NVIDIA card. Your graphics chip won’t function properly and likely won’t show anything on your screen, let alone handle demanding games. It’s surprising how some believe they can build custom setups and install modified macOS and expect it to work perfectly. Also, hacktosh violates the terms of service.

Not permitted to set up or adjust hackintosh devices. This violates Apple's terms and the forum's guidelines. -locked-
