In short, I bought this gaming laptop a year ago. Initially everything worked fine until about three weeks ago. The main issues I’ve seen are: 1. Gameplay stutters, especially at lower graphics settings. 2. The machine heats up quickly during games (95-98°C) and stays hot even when idle (50-60°C). 3. Restarting it resolves the stuttering but temperatures remain high. What I’ve tried: 1. Took it to a repair shop for cleaning and repasting CPU and GPU; everything returned to normal after three days, but temps rose again. 2. Reinstalled Windows six times already. 3. All drivers are up to date. 4. Fans seem to be working but get very loud. 5. Repair center did a fresh Windows 10 install. 6. Definitely no malware detected. Problems I’ve found: 1. Performance settings don’t help at all. 2. Even when booting for CSGO, I have to restart the laptop and still experience weird behavior. 3. Other games like Hitman, GTA, Minecraft also show the same issue. Sorry for the poor English, I did my best, thanks.
