Hello people,
I just purchased an MSI GAMING RX480 and installed the latest Radeon Software Crimson, MSI Gaming app, and MSI Afterburner (though I don't use it). I've observed my card reaching 75°C even when the fan isn't at full speed. I'm concerned about potential conflicts between the apps and want to adjust the fans without changing settings. I've searched but found no clear guides on MSI Afterburner, and I prefer sticking with the default 3 app modes. I just need a way to control the fans separately, but I'm worried about conflicts or incorrect settings. Could you advise on the best approach? I'm feeling a bit lost right now.

So far the top choice appears to be speedfan (which only checks GPU fans) and unchecking "gaming app will overwrite VGA Fan function" – it seems to work smoothly. RX 480 Gaming X silent cards? They run at 20% if left as is, 60% already noisy, and 80-100% making me think the computer might crash – but I still don’t regret it.
